The Problem

Contractors lose jobs because quoting takes too long. Most use paper or generic invoicing apps that weren't built for mobile-first, on-site work. By the time they email a quote, the customer has moved on.

The Approach

• Designed for phone-first use — the entire quoting flow works on a 375px screen with one thumb.
• Built data-seeding so new users see a populated demo on first login, not an empty state.
• Shipped a real product with a custom domain, onboarding flow, and client-facing quote delivery.
• Vibe-coded end-to-end using Claude Code, proving that a non-engineer can ship production software.
